Reception & Personalized Check-in

At Trilogia Suites, check-in is available either through a personalized welcome upon appointment or via self-check-in for maximum flexibility.

Guests who share their estimated arrival time in advance may be personally welcomed by a member of the Trilogia Suites team. For arrivals outside reception hours or when no arrival time has been provided, secure self-check-in instructions and access codes will be sent prior to arrival, ensuring a smooth and independent check-in experience.

Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping services are provided every 2 days during your stay and can also be arranged upon request. This approach allows us to ensure both comfort and privacy while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout your visit.

Sustainability

At Trilogia Suites, we are committed to responsible hospitality and mindful use of natural resources. If you wish to support our sustainability efforts, towels will only be replaced upon request, helping us reduce unnecessary water and energy consumption.

Should you require fresh towels during your stay, please let us know and our team will be happy to assist.

In line with our environmental commitment, all cleaning products used throughout the property are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly.

Toilets

Due to our privileged location, we kindly inform you that the drainage system is particularly sensitive and you should use the bin provided in each bathroom for any tissues, feminine hygiene products or any other trash.

Quiet Hours

For the comfort and well-being of all guests, we kindly ask that the designated quiet hours be respected:

Smoking / Vaping

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within all indoor areas of Trilogia Suites.

For safety reasons, smoke detectors are installed throughout the property.

Please note that a 100 Euro deep-cleaning fee will apply in the event of smoking or vaping inside the suites or any indoor common areas.

Accessibility Statement

Trilogia Suites is located within the historic center of Athens, in an area protected and regulated by strict urban planning and archaeological guidelines that preserve the character and architectural identity of the city.

As a result of these regulations, structural interventions that would allow full accessibility for guests with mobility limitations were not possible. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

Pets Policy

In accordance with Greek legislation (Law 1652/30-10-1986, Government Gazette 167 A), pets are not permitted within the property.

As Trilogia Suites is located within the historic center of Athens and operates within a strictly regulated urban and archaeological framework, it has not been possible to provide dedicated facilities for pet accommodation.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation & Policies

Standard Rate

Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.

In the event of a no-show, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate

Reservations booked under a Non-Refundable Rate are fully chargeable.

In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Group Bookings (Two Rooms or More)

For group reservations of two rooms or more, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations or modifications made up to 40 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

For cancellations or modifications made after this period, as well as in the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Suites Policy

Trilogia Suites are located within a residential neighbourhood in the heart of the city center. We kindly ask our guests to respect during quiet hours:

15:30 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00

Arrival Information

Kindly inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, as we would be delighted to welcome you in person whenever possible.

Should your arrival time fall outside our hostess’s availability, you may enjoy seamless independent access using your personal entrance codes, which will be sent to you one day prior to arrival.

Our team remains at your disposal should you require any assistance before or during your stay.

Additional Information

Guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification and a credit card upon check-in.

Smoking is permitted exclusively in outdoor areas.
